1. All purchases made on NOUN Summary App – NounGeeks are non-refundable once payment has been completed.

 

2. If a file(s) is purchased, we can only resend it within the same semester in which it was bought if the buyer loses access to it. After the semester ends, we cannot guarantee access to the file(s) and no resend will be possible.

 

3. In rare cases, some summaries may not be available due to updates or newly introduced courses at NOUN. If this occurs, students are required to allow us 3 to 7 days to produce and send the requested material.

 

4. If an order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, customers can contact our support team at 08089722160 for assistance.
